Thomas J. Budd Mucci

Attorney Tom Mucci focuses his practice on personal injury, trust and estate litigation, and consumer bankruptcy matters in Albuquerque and throughout New Mexico.  Mr. Mucci's experience involves motor vehicle accidents of all types, including auto and truck accidents, as well as wrongful death matters arising from vehicle accidents.  Mr. Mucci also has significant experience in will and trust contests involving allegations of undue influence, and also represents clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcies.

Mr. Mucci received his Juris Doctor degree, Master's degree in History, and his Bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico, and served as a volunteer for the State Bar of New Mexico Consumer Debt Workshop from 2002-2009.  Mr. Mucci is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Mexico.
